ProSet® 2100 is more than a new benchmark in engineering and technology. It's also a dramatic leap forward in ergonomics and efficiency. The ProSet's lightweight construction and ergonomically advanced design make it easier to use than any other mid-range tool on the market. ProSet offers many new features including a new quick disconnect front end and modular construction. The unique patent-pending Auto Shut-Off Mandrel Collection System (MCS) allows you to conserve air consumption when the tool is not in use. While incorporating the latest in ergonomic design, its patent-pending front end requires no tools for removal during routine maintenance and is a first in the industry.

The ProSet 2100 is also available with an MCS. The ProSet 2101 further offers a reduced nose housing diameter (0.689"/17.5 mm) for more narrow access applications.

ProSet is capable of setting 3/32" (2.4mm) through 3/16" (4.8 mm) all stainless steel rivets.

Quick Disconnect Nose Housing and Jaw Guide

Front end components can be serviced in minutes, without tools and without removing the tool from the production line. The ProSet® 2100 requires no tools for routine maintenance and cleaning. Nose housing, jaw guides and the Mandrel Collection System (MCS) filter are easily removed by hand. The MCS vacuums and retains the rivet securely in the nosepiece. Once the rivet is set, the spent mandrels are instantly collected in the MCS. The MCS increases operator speed, reduces clean-up and promotes safety.
