PNT110 Hand Plier Tool

The PNT110 is a plier operated tool and can install the POP NUT® TK, TL and TH up to aluminum 1⁄4-20 and M6 thread sizes. It features a quick change mandrel system.

PNT110-I-KIT & PNT110-M-KIT Hand Plier Tool Kit

The PNT110 Inch kit (P/N PNT110-I-KIT) contains mandrels and Nosepieces for 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32 & 1/4-20 size inserts. The Inch kit also includes a 190 piece assortment of the most commonly used unified threaded inserts to be used in a wide variety of applications.

The PNT110 Metric kit (P/N PNT110-M-KIT) contains mandrels and nosepieces sizes M3, M4, M5 & M6. The Metric kit also includes a 190 piece variety of Metric threaded inserts, ideal for use in a broad range of applications.

STROKE ADJUSTMENT TOOLS

A simple to adjust and read stroke gauge makes stroke adjustment easy and accurate. Once the stroke is set the tool will consistently set the insert to a specific thickness application.

Nosepieces

There are two styles of nosepieces available.
The Piloted nosepiece is recommended when using Thin Wall rivet nuts (TK, TL & TH series).
The flat nosepiece is used with European Style Rivet Nuts, Thick Wall or ST series rivet nuts.

PNT800L-PC SmartSet

The POP NUT PNT800L-PC Smart Set® pneumatic tool is a spin-pull-to-pressure tool has full process monitoring. The spin-pull to pressure control allows the tool to install the POP NUT in multiple or variable thickness materials without adjustment. The tool also features an electronic monitoring unit that can process monitor the installation force time curve and count installations making it ideal for 100% installation verification.

Modular Head - Pick and Place

The POP NUT® automation tool can be mounted onto an automation system or to a robot arm. Pick and place and auto-feed tools are available. Emhart Teknologies can also provide any customized components to include feeders, boosters, controls and feed tubes.
