High speed riveting has never been easier. Simply "Point & Set".
 It is extremely easy to feed and set standard break stem blind rivets using the Point&Set system. The operator is in complete control of the tool. After the First rivet is set, the operator controls the reload by releasing the trigger. The rest is automatic. The operator always has one hand Free For holding the work piece or aligning holes.
The Point & Set is reliable by design.
The unique external feed and front load system is forgiving of minor variations From rivet to rivet and will not jam. Built in sensors keep things running smoothly and the Operator Interface gives the operator service messages that pinpoint any malfunction.
 Modular construction means easy service.
All sub-systems are modules which can be easily removed and replaced. The system controller can diagnose which module has a malfunction. All regularly serviced areas are easy to access From the front of the console. The tool is easily disconnected to facilitate tool service.
 The Point & Set system communicates with the operator.
The detachable "Operator Interface" can be used to enter in batch numbers and keep a rivet count as well as alert the operator that maintenence is due.
The Point & Set system uses standard, off-the-shelf POP rivets.
You're not locked into special expensive or presorted rivets. Rivets are loaded into the system through a Funnel under the hinged top cover which keeps out debris. Spent mandrels are automatically collected in a removable drawer at the bottom of the console. |
