Improved Product Quality

More sophisticated workstations and automated systems can actually improve product quality by reducing operator error. System sensors and logic can ensure that rivets are properly inserted in the hole and in contact with the work surface during setting. Batch counting features can be used to ensure that the proper number of rivets have been inserted and set in every assembly and that all the spent mandrels have been collected.

POPmatic" system components have been engineered specifically for high volume blind rivet users. All components have been proven reliable after millions of rivet sets. System diagnostics monitor the performance of the tooling and indicate the need For routine maintenance.

POPmatic Modular Components provide the greatest application flexibility. 

Compact pulling heads can be mounted onto machines close together and will operate at any angle.   Multiple ppulling heads may be either manually loaded and activated simultaneously or combined with automatic POP rivet feeders and mandrel collection systems.  Pulling heads with or without autofeed may also be fitted with handles and manually guided
