Stud Welding Systems

Tucker^® pioneered the concept of using arc welding equipment as a means to fasten components without the need for holes in sheet metal. This system is comprised of stud welding equipment, welded stud, and an engineered plastic clip that attaches to the stud.

Drawn Arc Weld Nuts

The Nutfast Drawn Arc Nut Welding process from Tucker blends Emhart's drawn arc stud welding technology with our experience in manufacturing weld nuts. This process automatically feeds and welds nuts by using a robot, fixed automation, or a manual hand tool.
