NEW HAVEN, Conn. (Oct. 02, 2002) – Emhart Teknologies today announced the appointment of Mark D. Theisen as Vice President of Sales and Marketing,Americas for the company’s Automotive Division based in Chesterfield Township, Michigan.

Theisen joins Emhart Teknologies from Shiloh Industries where he held several key management positions, including Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development, Marketing Manager, and General Manager of Shiloh’s manufacturing operation in Cleveland, Ohio.  Prior to Shiloh, Theisen held several positions in purchasing at Ford Motor Company.

 Theisen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Detroit. He will be based in Chesterfield Township, Michigan.
