From the very beginning of the design process, Emhart is a true partner with each of our customers, ensuring that the fastener selection, installation method, and assembly layout are optimized prior to the start of production. This also guarantees that fastening will not be an issue when it comes time for product assembly.

In addition to worldwide 24/7 customer service, Emhart utilizes an extensive field service network to ensure rapid onsite response to any customer issue. Unique to the industry, our field service technicians are often housed within a customer’s manufacturing facility.

Keeping Assembly Costs to a Minimum

In addition to developing fasteners that uniquely resolve assembly issues, Emhart also provides an extremely cost-effective tooling and installation process. In some cases, Emhart will take full responsibility for the complete design of the entire assembly process. Our emphasis on a total fastening system ensures that a customer’s “in place” assembly cost is driven to an absolute minimum.

Emhart’s worldwide Innovation Centers are staffed and equipped to work directly with our customers in an environment where creativity and problem-solving are fostered on a daily basis. Within each of our Innovation Centers, Emhart engineers work collaboratively with customer engineers to solve the world’s most complex fastening and assembly problems. All Innovation Centers are equipped with complete teardown facilities as well as today’s newest computer modeling and simulation technologies.
